If you’ve forgotten your password, no problem. You can easily retrieve it from the customer login area here. Type in your registration e-mail (the email you used to register your product) and a new password will be sent to that e-mail.
Then once you are logged in you can change your password by going to “My Profile” and then changing your password. Be sure to confirm the changes by entering your old password at the very bottom and clicking “save changes”.
